Laratta Labs is two things: an engineering practice for clients, and a studio that ships its own products. The studio is where the practice proves itself — each product here was conceived, designed, built, and shipped end to end, mostly solo, on the same AI-native tooling I bring to client work.

Live on the App StoreA social fitness platform — find local workouts, train with people near you, and let hosts get paid to run sessions.
A full product: a native iOS app, a GraphQL backend, Stripe payments and host payouts, and a public marketing site — designed and built end to end. The App Store screenshots below were generated with a scripted pipeline (XCUITest capture + automated device framing), the same kind of launch tooling I now reuse across products.

YardPaint
Shipping · iOSA consumer AI app: take a photo of your yard, paint zones onto it, and get a photorealistic preview of it landscaped — plus the climate-appropriate plants to make it real.
The hard part isn’t the model call — it’s the product around it: a fast paint-generate-tweak loop, a two-step AI pipeline (plant selection, then image generation), and the cost controls, moderation, and rollback that let it run for real users. The pair below is one real generation: the same yard, same chairs, same fence — transformed.
