Alongside client work, I build and launch my own products. I designed and engineered both of these apps myself, from first sketch to the App Store, using the same AI-heavy workflow I bring to client projects.

SquadUp
Live on the App StoreA social fitness platform — find local workouts, train with people near you, and let hosts get paid to run sessions.
The whole product: a native iOS app, a GraphQL backend, Stripe payments and host payouts, and the marketing site. Even the App Store screenshots below come out of a script (XCUITest capture plus automated device framing), and I now reuse that launch tooling across products.

YardPaint
Live on the App StoreA consumer AI app: take a photo of your yard, paint zones onto it, and get a photorealistic preview of it landscaped — plus the climate-appropriate plants to make it real.
Calling an image model is the easy part. Most of the work is in the product around it: a fast paint, generate, tweak loop; a two-step AI pipeline that picks the plants and then renders the image; and the cost controls, moderation, and rollback that let it run for real users. The pair below is one real generation. Same yard, same chairs, same fence.

A consumer AI product taken from idea to a live app: the AI pipeline, the cost and safety controls, and the iOS polish that makes the result feel instant.
